Mentors

360 Mentors play a vital role in the transition process. They understand the importance of developing a relationship that is based on trust, support, advocacy and accountability. Within the context of this relationship the Mentor assists the student in setting up a successful life for themselves following treatment.

360 Mentors have years of experience working in the treatment settings that their clients have come from. This common understanding and shared language quickly sets the groundwork for a strong foundation in which to build on.

The vision the Mentor holds for each of their clients is a young person flourishing in their world and effectively utilizing their own available resources.
